November Report

This month I was able to attend part of a MWNE board meeting to share my current status in what I am doing, and share some questions I had for up-coming events. It was decided that I would have a picture taken to autograph at the Dillard's VIP shopping night. Dawn Casey took the pictures and I felt very happy with how it turned out. I am currently sporting a set of braces until February and I find it hard to smile just right with this new contraption. The picture is great in that my smile is very natural and you can only see "a hint" of metal. I am preparing my fundraising brochure and will submit it when I have it just right. I was featured in the Central City newspaper and was really happy with the article. I mailed a copy to Crystal. I shared at the board meeting that I have commitments for my state gift to take to the national pageant in July. I attended a Nebraska food vendors' show at the Stuhr Museum and met so many nice people. My gift will include gourmet mustards and dip mixes from Oasis Enterprises and popcorn from Heurmann Popcorn. I am currently scheduled to start out December with a VIP shopping night at Dillard's in Lincoln. I look forward to the holiday season quickly approaching.
